Bug Description
Installing fatrace and powertop on raring gives versions 0.4 of fatrace and 2.1 of powertop. The power-usage-report util will not run with powertop 2.1, insisting on 1.13 instead.

This was fixed in 0.6, which also works with powertop 2.5.
