Please sync libbusiness-isbn-perl 2.05-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Fix FTBFS by updating tests to accept Haiti as a valid group code
    (patch taken from upstream).
The Ubuntu patches were integrated into Debian, and the package doesn't FTBFS on my amd64 pbuilder.
