Enable PREVIEW column in the library by default

With latest lp:mixxx/1.11 the PREVIEW column in the various sections of the library is disabled by default.

Previewing tracks in the library is a mayor new feature in 1.11 and should be accesible by the user after installing Mixxx / upgrading from a previous version.

I've seen this happen quite often and tried to pin down a fix but I
can't see why it is disabled by default. I haven't implemented it
differently from the other columns

From my experience now the preview column is enabled with a fresh install and disabled on a update. This is because we save the headerstate of wtracktable as a string in the database. Sadly I have no idea how to change that string as it looks like a dump of an internal state
