Bug Description
Summary: Duplicate RMA numbers can or seem to be issued.
Wish: When the user clicks "Save" on a Repair Order, there should be a check to make sure there isn't already another with the same name / number. Also, once a Repair Order has been created and saved, it makes sense to me that the name / number not be editable afterwards.
Reproduce:
http://
Go to Manufacturing / Repair Orders (ROs)
The demo data includes the follwing ROs:
RMA00004, RMA-00007, RMA-00011.
Some with a dash, some without.
Create an RO. The number issued is RMA00005. Without a dash.
If you keep creating ROs, you will eventually reach RMA00011 which can be confused with the existing RMA-00011.
I suggest the demo data be cleaned up.
- All RO names either have a dash or not.
- Set the RO counter to the highest number in the demo data. Ex. 12.
