Bug Description

My Dell Mini 9 with Hardy Heron (as factory-installed and updated from standard Dell repository) does not draw from AC power anymore as soon as the battery is full.

This seems to be a bug for Ubuntu in general: Utopic (standard release) also has the same problem.

Also when the battery is full and the power cable is plugged in, it is not possible to turn on the computer.
