Bug Description

After I installed the Raring beta last week I used CCSM to configure some screen effects (wobbly windows, etc). It was working perfectly at the time, for whatever that's worth. After a dist-upgrade yesterday (21 Feb), I ran CCSM again and, while I can still see the checkbox button widgets, I can no longer see their labels, so it's impossible to tell what I'm configuring. Screen shot is attached.
