Application stops/Camera Roll leaves files in uploads list

iOS6 on iPhone 4S
Maybe two bugs here:
1. The application stops, sometimes after uploading nothing, or after anything between 2 and 150 files.
2. Upon restarting, the upload doesn't resume at the first file in the upload list and this is cumulative. I haven't supervised every moment, but what I see when uploading a series of files say 1, 2, 3 ..... 100: coming back after the app has stopped, I see that the list now starts at say 10, but the app starts uploading 11. After the next crash (stop) I see for example 10, 17, 18 and the app starts uploading 18. The next time, the sequence is 10, 17, 25 (say). If I then delete the uploaded files using a PC, the ones in the upload list are re-uploaded by the iPhone without being removed from the list on the iPhone.

Hi John, I believe these are both known defects and we're working on a new release that should be out in the next little while. I hope it's not too inconvenient in the meantime. Please let us know if you're still having problems after the update!
