Bug Description
AFAIR some jobs are using a requirement program that refers to two resources on a single line, this is disallowed by plainbox (because it makes no sense) and all such expressions, as long as they are using _AND_ to join the two checks must be split into separate lines. PlainBox does an implicit _AND_ between each line of the program.
