ifenslave needs a man(5) page describing the /etc/network/interfaces options

Bug Description

There are the man pages interfaces(5), vlan-interfaces(5), bridge-utils-interfaces(5) and maybe others (that's what I get fron a `ls /usr/share/man/man5/*interfaces*` on my system). But there's no ifenslave-interfaces(5) describing the bond-* options.

The only canonical documentation seem to be the ifupdown scripts and the examples and Google. This should be fixed :)

It's a little more than wishlist, I would argue - I can find *no* canonical, working documentation for the bonding options. bond-master versus bond-slave, allow-bond0, etc. - nothing quite seems to work as expected, because I'm guessing, because I'm googling and getting documentation over a span for many years and many releases. I could be hitting bugs that are causing my problems, but I don't know, because the documentation is *that* bad.

Use the source Luke :)

Seriously, I agree, I always peek at the ifup-Script to get the "canonical" documentation which is not intuitive.

It's not a manpage, but at least precise has README.Debian which contains detailed explanation:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/precise/ifenslave-2.6/precise/view/head:/debian/README.Debian

affects: ifenslave-2.6 (Ubuntu) → ifenslave (Ubuntu)
