Autopilot launch needs to work with non-binary processes

It should be possible to force 'autopilot launch' to work with applications that are not dynamically linked binaries.

To achieve this, add an option to the launch command that allows a user to specify either gtk or qt interfaces to use, bypassing the standard 'ldd' check.
