Bug Description
Some buildslaves may have rare capabilities (special ssh keys, or location) besides the classical ones.
In some cases, it's better to dedicate that buildslave to builds that can't run elsewhere, especially if those builds produce awaited results.
Main use case for now is a tarball release slave that does the whole extraction. We really don't want it to be polluted by routine builds.
