HpSan - CLIQ Hangs on delete for non existent volume

Bug Description

When calling a delete on a resource that does not exist against the HPSan driver, all concurrent calls slow dramatically. It also takes up to 90s to process the delete, and during that time those concurrent calls go from <1s to up to 20s. The delete call needs to check that the volume exists.
