Bug Description
Feisty (7.04). If I have roaming mode enabled my WPA-enabled network is found and works OK but I would like to you WPA and a static IP address so:
1. Launch network-manager "System-
2. Then "Wireless connection-
3. Disable "Enable roaming-mode".
4. There is no WPA/WPA2 entries on "Password Type" list.
My WiFi adapter is:
02:09.0 Ethernet controller [0200]: Atheros Communications, Inc. AR5005G 802.11abg NIC [168c:001a] (rev 01)
Subsystem: Atheros Communications, Inc. TP-Link TL-WN510G Wireless CardBus Adapter [168c:1052]
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 168, IRQ 19
Memory at fe200000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K]
But I am not sure if this is card-type specific problem.
Is this a duplicate of Bug #126968?
