Bug Description
There is a change in how the rootwrap function behaves in Folsom.2
the root_helper function is deprecated, and a new rootwrap_config parameter is added.
The parameter expects to point to a file with a list of directories and filter targets in it as in:
[DEFAULT]
# List of directories to load filter definitions from (separated by ',').
# These directories MUST all be only writeable by root !
filters_
