Include example commands in config options page

I just had someone mail me on how to use: http://jujucharms.com/charms/precise/teamspeak3/config

We do a decent job showing the config options for a charm, we should consider showing a few autogenerated config so admins know the syntax, the same way we show people example commands for using PPAs and checking out code.

In this example it would say:

  administrator:
    default: serveradmin
    type: string
    description: Username of the administrator of the server.

Usage: juju set teamspeak3 administrator=serveradmin

or something.

I am marking this low since it is not specifically goal for 13.04. We want to consider this as we create the new charm detail UI. If this is not addresses by 13.04, we can discuss including this issue for 13.10
