Bug Description
I have tried to download bundle locally, but it failed.
$ lava-dashboard-tool get --dashboard-url=http://

You need to authenticate to download a private bundle and the (far from obvious) way you do this is to include your username in the url you pass to --dashboard-url, so for example http://<email address hidden> /lava-server/ RPC2/
