Same problem on Saucy (3.8.4-0ubuntu1)

It works on Debian Sid and with the version found in the gnome3-staging PPA.

I can confirm -- fresh install of evolution and ews addon -- everything looks great through the add-account wizard -- it finds the correct urls, and even fetched my global address book (office 365 account). After finishing wizard, message is displayed stating that the account was successfully added. However - the account never shows up -- tried restarting, etc.

BTW - once this is working again, any office365 users can use this URL for the Host URL:

https://www.outlook.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx

Then select "Fetch" on the same line you just entered the Host URL and it populates the OAB URL as well. Also, be sure to use your full email address for your username.

Had to reboot for unrelated reason -- and upon entering desktop -- it asked me for my exchange server credentials -- and oiula! my exchange account is enabled and working.
