Bug Description
Hi, currently, the click response on the tool icon could be improved. IMO, when right click, it shows the provided choices. While, when left click, if it is in 'Always Top' or 'Always Lowest' modes, there is no response; if it is in 'Normal' mode, it just show or hidden the frame.

Thank you for your advice, I will separate the functional of the left click and the right click, the left click is only responsible for hiding and showing UI.
