Moving a color from Palette to Swatches does not work

Bug Description
I am using inkscape 0.48.2 r9819.
When I want to move a color I use from Palette to Swatches it does not work.
It should store the color dragged from Palete into Swatches list but it does not work.
Also it would be nice that when you right click in the Swatches, you have the option to "Add new swatch color".
Thanks a lot for making inkscape such a nice program.
