Delete the $project.openstack.org entries from DNS (redirects on old wiki)

old-wiki server serve redirects from $project.openstack.org to docs.openstack.org/developer/$project ... it's probably overkill to keep a server for doing that.

What's the solution for now (noting that moving docs.o.o itself to an Infra server is not on the table particularly soon)? Just serve the redirects off static.o.o and change DNS accordingly? Or is this something which Cloudsites can handle if we point the address records in that direction?

If someone can grab the apache config from old-wiki that has the list of redirects I'm happy to put together a patch for static.o.o.

I can put that together, but I think we had concluded that we should just delete them from DNS instead (they've been permanent redirects for a very, very long time and there should in theory no longer be any active content linking to those names anyway for at least several integrated server release cycles now).
