No pyside-tools for pyside-python3

Bug Description

In window pyside-python3 package there are pyside-tools (like pyside-uic) for python 3. However in Ubuntu repos we have both pyside and pyside-python3, but pyside tools are only for python2. There should be pyside-python3-tools package which has python 3 versions of tools. The source for python 3 must exist as windows version has tools for python 3.
