Bug Description

Sometimes you want to build a playlist or crate based on a existing one.
The current workflow is to create a new playlist/crate, switch to the existing one, select all tracks, drag-and-drop into the new one.

It would be preferable if Mixxx would support duplicating playlists and crates by selecting “Duplicate Playlist/Crate” from the right-click mouse menu.

Thanks Max for implementing this, works like a charm.
I would have no objections if this sneaks into 1.11, because it only adds 2 new tr() strings.

On small thing: In "Playlists" the DUPLICATE menu point is above LOCK, while in "Crates" it is below LOCK.
