Bug Description
Libraclient pulls in python-novaclient for some of its functionality. In novaclient 2.11.0 the --debug options is broken due to a bad hasattr() call. This means it is also broken for python-libraclient.
We need to fix the libraclient version to 2.10.0 for now.
