ogdi-dfsg FTBFS in gutsy

The ogdi-dfsg 3.2.0~beta1-3 package, recently imported from Debian, relies on /bin/sh being bash to compile.

The attached debdiff includes a patch to the makefiles, altering the SHELL variable to /bin/bash, after which ogdi-dfsg compiles cleanly.

Oops. I really need to check lintian output more carefully. This debdiff also includes maintainer mangling.
