deb-o-matic fails building chroot environment

Bug Description

deb-o-matic fails to build chroot environment with the following message:

bzip2: Compressed file ends unexpectedly;
 perhaps it is corrupted? *Possible* reason follows.
bzip2: Inappropriate ioctl for device
 Input file = (stdin), output file = (stdout)

This is due to the fact pbuilder adds a duplicate entry in /etc/apt/sources.list file when using both --mirror and --othermirror options. Since these options are required to preserve compatibility with Debian-based distributions, it has to be fixed in pbuilder before.
