Bug Description

ERROR:root:failed to mark 'ubuntu-desktop' for install (E:Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.)

I was asked to do a partial upgrade. Every time I run it, it fails -- not a transient problem.

After I reinstalled my computer the error disappeared
