scrolling direction not correct when customized in xinput

Bug Description
I did the following on my system to have a "natural scrolling" enabled on my touchpad
xinput set-button-map <id> 1 2 3 5 4 6 7 8 9 10 11 12
But this setting is not taken into consideration when I'm scrolling in Lightread - It works perfectly in all the other programs.
