Feisty: amarok shuffle by album limits to one artist on any album, bad for compilations

Using amarok 1.4.5-0ubuntu7 I set the playback to shuffle by album. Instead of playing each album in its entirety before randomly picking the next album, amarok randomly selects one artist on the chosen album, plays all tracks by that artist, and goes to the next album. I have a fair number of various artist compilations, so these albums aren't played as expected when shuffle by album is set.

Let me see if I've got this right...

You set playback to "shuffle by album"

Expected behavior: Randomly select an album. Play all songs in that album. Randomly select an album.
Actual behavior: Randomly select an album. Play all songs _by a single artist_ in that album. Randomly select an album.

It seems that the assumption that albums are by a single artist is hardcoded into Amarok. Is that correct?

Great. None of the Ubuntu developers do intensive work on Amarok as far as I know, so this bug won't get the attention it needs here. Please search at bugs.kde.org and file a bug there if you can't find one. Link to it here so we can track it too. Thanks
