I can't install Catalyst 13.1 on my laptop

Bug Description
I have installed Kubuntu 12.10 x86 on my laptop ASUS F7Se with Radeon HD 3470 and try to insatll proprietary Catalyst 13.1 driver.
After installation process I have some errors in /usr/share/
Check if system has the tools required for installation.
Uninstalling any previously installed drivers.
