I can't install Catalyst 13.1 on my laptop

I have installed Kubuntu 12.10 x86 on my laptop ASUS F7Se with Radeon HD 3470 and try to insatll proprietary Catalyst 13.1 driver.
After installation process I have some errors in /usr/share/ati/fglrx-install.log file:

Check if system has the tools required for installation.
Uninstalling any previously installed drivers.

After driver installation my system started in low resolution and Catalyst Control Center doesn't loading.

Catalyst 13-1 does not support RadeonHD 3450.
