Bug Description

It appears that an Indexer does not index the default document of the container it's in. Run an Indexer at a higher level, and that will show terms and links in the lower level default doc (from wuw tracker).

I have noticed this too, but I thought Infrae wanted Indexers to behave as they do now. You may want to take a look at SilvaGlossary/Glossary.py. _getGlossarizables is quite similar to _getIndexables in Silva/Indexer.py (well, _getIndexables was the example for _getGlossarizables) but it includes the default object.

We'll look at that code. If you ever have doubts, thinking for instance
that "Infrae wanted Indexers to behave as they do now", doublecheck :-)
as sometimes it's behavior we didn't realize was there.
