Restbreak dialog box doesn't pop up

Bug Description
Binary package hint: workrave
After I upgraded to Feisty, the "Restbreak" dialog box stopped appearing. Instead of giving me a rest break, when the counter gets down to zero, it keeps going down into the negatives. The only way I can get a rest break is by manually clicking on the option in the pull-down menu.

Check the mode setting of workrave. It's probably on quiet.
