Bug Description

We need a mechanism to change the urls used by ubuntuone desktop applications to access web services. They need to be changed while testing to point to staging and testing servers.

The music lens will read two environment variables for the webapi and authentication servers. To point to the staging servers, use something like:

U1_STAGING_WEBAPI=https://staging.one.ubuntu.com/
U1_STAGING_AUTHENTICATION=https://login.staging.ubuntu.com/
