Bug Description

When looking into the system for a file (to send for example), the window is very old fashion and not translated into French.

Skype 4.1.0.20

The "oldness" comes from the programming language used by Slype (QT while most Ubuntu's program's use GTK) so I think that it's not a bug in skype but a design bug in QT. However, I'm not sure about the translation status of QT packages in Ubuntu but Skype should definitely use them if they're available.
