Bug Description

I installed printer support including HPLIP. Could see my printer in System>Printer>Config but not print. Tried using HPLIP GUI (hp-toolbox). Could see printer but not install (users permissions not set up). Ran hp-setup as root and could print from text file but not from inside web page. hp-toolbox still not able to manage printer as permissions not set up. Ran "sudo hp-check -t" which notified me of unmet dependencies and required permissions not set. Ran fix suggested by hp-check, which installed a dozen or so dependencies and fixed user permissions, (one manual install needed for dummy package). Can now print from inside web page and manage printer using hp-toolbox.
