ttf-mscorefonts eula hidden by software center window

Hallo
TESTCASE:
from software-center install ubuntu-restricted-extras
wait till the gear icon appear on the launcher meaning that the eula window is shown
click on the gear icon to have the eula window showed (because it remain under software-center).
I think that this is not easily understandable for a new user.
