Thanks for your bug report.
Does it happen every time you try to launch djplay? ie. can you easily reproduce this crash?

No It dosent happen all the time Its mainly when the programme has just been installed, the first time you use it .I'm quite new to linux .There is also no sound from djplay but i think that is something i am doing wrong.
