Bug Description

AFAICT, suricata cleans up its own pidfile when stopped by start-stop-daemon. As a result, the instruction "rm $PIDFILE > /dev/null 2>&1" in the stop clause of the case statement in /etc/init.d/suricata exits with an error status, which causes the entire script to as well (since it's run by sh -e).

Attached patch adds -f to the rm instruction, so that it never fails.
