gala crashed with SIGSEGV in meta_window_appears_focused()

This occurred when I clicked on a program in the dock which was on another workspace - causing Gala to crash.

"I opened a bunch of apps when starting the OS (skype, empathy, chrome and thunderbird) and I got the error popup.

I was also trying to open the Sound Settings link from the bluetooth device I had successfully paired but the icons showed there was some sort of discrepancy against the way the rest of the system settings display. Not sure if these are connected.

I had Noise running in the second workspace and Chrome in the first workspace. When I clicked the Noise icon in the dock, Gala crashed as it attempted to switch across the workspaces. This is the second or third time this has happened.

The meta_window_appears_focused crash on switching workspaces should be fixed. Please reopen if not.
