Bug Description

build 73 on tablet

1) play a movie
2) swipe down indicators

expected result:
movie keeps playing interruptted or movie and audio both pause

actual results:
movie stops playing but sound continues

This is due to the fact that unfocused apps are suspended. Audio is playing 'cause the whole thing is playing on the android side, but on our side the UI is suspended.

design wise this is a bug. Indicators should not pause the application unless the application defined this. The media player shouldn't do that by default.
