list in "major symbols changes" warning does not scale

In current git head the list in the warning dialog "major symbols detected" contains a scrollbox. Thanks this scrollbox, the ialog cannot not outgrow the screen anymore (bug #835800, thanks for fixing). However, the height of the scroll box is fixed. Only three lines can be viewd at a time. This is a bit awkward if nmore than a few symbols are affected.

Suggestion: Make the height of the scroll box depend on the height of the dialog. That way, the user can resize the dialog and get to see a larger number of lines.
