I'm blocked on investigating, as I lack a nexus 4.
I suspect though fgrom the logcat that we are setting the version field of the handle wrong.

Let me know if there is any specific test you want/need to do for it.

i had a brief chance to tinker with this device at the mir/london sprint. The version number we're plugging into the native window handle is wrong, and also, we have to support the 'new' interface for ANativeWindow, that uses libsync

after lp:~kdub/mir/upgrade-anativewindow lands, the clients will start up, and exhaust their resources after a while (so the bug is still open).

the branch lp:~kdub/mir/add-sync-support should close this bug/blueprint
