Bug Description
1. Midori and Scratch use different tab themes. (I personally prefer midori's).
2. The bottom border of the active tab presents a subtle, not-so-good looking contrast between the tab and the content.
Solutions: -use safari-style tab design
-use IE7-8-style-
Safari makes the tabs "connect" to the top, and IE7-8 put another couple of horizontal pixels at the bottom, and then put another border at the bottom.
See attachment.

Scratch does not yet use the tabs provide by Granite. Midori does.
