Bug Description
Sometimes it's useful to export a PNG of the back of a PCB, e.g. for communicating designs. Just like it's useful to flip the board in the interactive display.
There's --photo-flip-x and --photo-flip-y. However, these are limited to photo mode (for unknown reasons). Removing this limitation would enhance functionality without disturbing the user interface. In fact I expect it to become more intuitive.

A method to do this manually is to view the board as it should be exported in the GUI, then use the "as-shown" flag. When flipped with shift-tab (sideways) the export is rotated by 180 deg.
