Bookmarkbar folder is not updated when bookmark is added to folder

Bug Description
1. Show the bookmarks bar
2. Create a folder and check "Show in the toolbar"
3. In the bookmarks panel, drag a bookmark into that folder
4. Click on the folder in the bookmarkbar
5. The bookmark is not there. Hiding/showing the bookmarkbar will make it appear.

FWIW, while fixing Bug #1179200 "Bookmark folder tree collapsed on bookmarks update" I observed the same behaviour.
To solve the issue I implemented an "update-item" signal in the KatzeArray object.
The fix proposal for Bug #894143 "Unable to select multiple bookmarks for moving/deleting" contains the same addition expanded to multiple selection.
