Bug Description
1.- When the tax type is percent, the field value get float values
when you have the tax type percent, the field value get float values and show label %
2.- The result you observed
when you have the tax type percent, the field value get float values and show label %
3.-If tax type is percent, get values integers and show label %, or get values float and not show label %

Ubuntu. 12.04, Python 2.7.2+
