log messages does not work properly with čťžýá and cyrillic characters

Hi, in log in emapthy, characters with diacritics are shown in weird and wrong way

I have same issue with cyrillic characters and it's still reproducible. For example message "тестовое сообщение" looks like this "тестовое сообщение" when I open history window.

Send message with for example this text "тестовое сообщение", open history, and looks how it's displayed.
