Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

I think this is related to loading from the Bookmark Manager. I say this because this is the 2nd time Firefox crashed right after I double-clicked an entry in the Bookmark Manager and Firefox started loading, then crashed.

Thank you DougL for reporting this issue.

Please, can you describe step by step how to force this crash so we can have a test case.

Also, can you indicate which extensions/plugins do you have enabled?

Thank you in advance.

Oops, apport fails to retrace this report.

When trying to do it by hand I just get:

gunzip: CoreDump.gz: unexpected end of file

So at some point the coredump file got corrupted (maybe while uploading it).

Please, DougL, could you please try to obtain a backtrace by following the
instructions on [1], or upload the crash report that probably was generated
during the crash and that should be located at /var/crash/ to [2].

Please indicate which extensions/plugins do you have enabled; and if this crash
is reproducible describe the steps that lead to it (it is very important for us
to have a test case for each crash).

This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

Thanks in advance.

H. Montoliu

I'm marking it as dup of bug 94749 ; but we still needing info on this crashes, so feedback will be appreciated.

Thank you DougL.
