icon cache generation failure

This is a related bug for a fixed Launchpad <a> Bug #962225 </a>

During installation of indicator-lunar package on my system I get the following:

  Unpacking replacement indicator-lunar ...
  gtk-update-icon-cache-3.0: The generated cache was invalid.
  WARNING: icon cache generation failed for /usr/share/icons/elementary

  Processing triggers for hicolor-icon-theme ...
  Processing triggers for desktop-file-utils ...

  Setting up indicator-lunar (1.0.17-1) ...
  gtk-update-icon-cache-3.0: The generated cache was invalid.
  WARNING: icon cache generation failed for /usr/share/icons/elementary

After that by following a reference on indicator-lunar developer page https://launchpad.net/~thebernmeister/+archive/ppa ,
where:

  "Note: When installing on Lubuntu/Xubuntu, you may get
    WARNING: icon cache generation failed for /usr/share/icons/elementary
    Refer to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xubuntu-artwork/+bug/962225 to resolve"

i've found, that the released fix for for this xubuntu-artwork Bug was not applied to ubuntustudio-look package.

The reasons are:

  - I have no xubuntu-artwork installed on my system, but elementary-icon-theme, that is a dependence of ubuntustudio-look package

  - The related Fix for Bug #962225 was as follows: There's a stray folder in /usr/share/icons/elementary-xfce/status/48/, named "untitled folder". When I delete it, the generation works again (sudo rm -rf /usr/share/icons/elementary-xfce/status/48/untitled\ folder/ && sudo gtk-update-icon-cache -ft /usr/share/icons/elementary-xfce)

- On my system I have the same problem here: /usr/share/icons/elementary/status/48/untitled folder/

FIX: When i delete /usr/share/icons/elementary/status/48/untitled folder/, the generation works again

The unwanted directory shows on the file list for the elementary-icon-theme. So that is the package with the problem.
