Acquistions - Receiving Cancelled Copies

Bug Description

Currently, if you have an order and it gets cancelled at the copy level because it was back ordered, you cannot receive the copies without going in the database. An example of the workflow we recently dealt with:

1. Load MARC Order Record from B&T
2. Evergreen FTPs order to B&T
3. B&T sends an order response to 3 of the 20 line items putting them on backorder with cancelled message
4. In 2 months, the line items that were on back order come in
5. The receive options are greyed out because the lines have been cancelled

I was able to allow receipt of these lineitems by doing database updates on the line items cancelled status but there should be a way through the interface to receive these items.

It is my understanding that with Electronic Invoices, libraries would be able to receive these items but it still is a problem if an electronic invoice is not loaded.
