Bug Description
Open several tabs, at least one showing a folder with enough enough files to be scrolled and another one showing a folder with just a few files.
Click on the tab to show the folder with a few files. Hover over the files, scroll with the wheel. This makes the tab-bar to scroll until the focus is on the tab with several files. The focus is hijacked to scroll the files instead of the tab-bar.
Expected behaviour:
- scrolling with the cursor over the tab-bar should scroll between the tabs (this works)
- scrolling with the cursor over the files shouldn't scroll between the tabs.

A solution to this would be to use Granite's notebook.
